📌 Bookings
You can book directly through our website at

For private tours, one designated individual must provide full contact and payment details for the group.
💳 Payments
We offer secure online credit card payments via our website or a unique payment link sent by our team.
Your credit card information is never stored or accessed by us — your security is our priority.
❌ Cancellations
- Private Airport Transfers & Day Tours:
Full refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before departure.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to contact@vikingtransporticeland.is.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
💰 Pricing
All listed prices include VAT and taxes.
Prices are per vehicle or per tour type, as specified.
⚠️ Liability & Force Majeure
Viking Transport Iceland is not liable for:
- Losses, damages, accidents, or illnesses
- Delays or changes caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes)
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, routes, or schedules when necessary.
Any extra costs incurred due to changes (hotels, meals, etc.) are the responsibility of the traveler.
We strongly recommend
comprehensive travel insurance.
⚖️ General Liability
We are not responsible for incidents arising from:
- Traveler actions or negligence
- Third parties not under our control
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)
📝 Complaints
If issues arise during your trip, notify Viking Transport Iceland
immediately.
All complaints must be submitted before leaving Iceland for us to address them effectively.
🛡️ Travel Insurance
Having valid travel insurance is
required.
We are not liable for costs or inconveniences resulting from lack of coverage.
Ensure your policy includes all intended activities.
🔐 Credit Card Security
We reserve the right to cancel any booking with:
- Failed payment attempts
- Inaccurate or suspicious card details
Random checks may occur to prevent fraud.
🤝 Confidentiality
We handle all customer data confidentially and only share it:
- As legally required
- With team members or partners directly involved in fulfilling your booking
📋 Information Collected
We collect the following from the lead traveler:
- Full name
- Contact details (email & phone)
- Hotel/accommodation in Iceland
- Flight information
This data may be shared with third-party providers to ensure seamless tour operations.
⚖️ Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law.
Disputes will be resolved through the
courts of Iceland.
Concerns about data privacy may be directed to the
Icelandic Data Protection Authority.
